The 2025 AAGA City Open started this morning at 7am at Foxborough Country Club, as 33 threesomes (99 players) vie for bragging rights in the 65th annual AAGA Men's Championship.

Forty players earned their spots by finishing in the top-40 in last year's City Open. The remainder of the field, 59 in all, either qualified on "Black Friday's" qualifying round on July 25th; or gained entry by winning the Senior Championship, Ken Charnley, the Junior Championship, Zac Georgantas, the High School Shootout, 4 players from the Bishop Feehan High School golf team: Gavin Wallsh, Mackinley Garcia, Declan Sutula and Cormac Cunningham and special invitations.

The field will be cut to the low 50 and ties tomorrow at the completion of the second round at Wentworth Hills.
