Each 4-man, team could use 3 of 4 scores to determine the team's total score, with the Bishop Feehan team winning with a low score of 6-over-par, 219. Runnerup was a team from North Attleboro shooting 226. Norton High School finished third with a total score of 228.

Foxborough High School had a total score of 236, followed by Mansfield High School's score of 250 and two teams from North Attleboro shot 253 and 254 respectively.

Ava Finocchi won the girl's medalist honors.

The Bishop Feehan High School team earns an exemption into the 2025 City Open.
