Dave and Justin Yurek
2025 AAGA John "Buck" Renner
Memorial Two Ball
Saturday, September 27th • Heather Hill Country Club
Sunday, September 28th • Wentworth Hills Country Club
Many thanks to Heather Hill and Wentworth Hills Country Clubs for their continued support of the AAGA. The Renner Memorial Two Ball would not be possible without the sacrifices the Finocchis and the Poholeks make towards this event. Many thanks to their cordial staffs in the pro shops, clubhouse and greens personnel.
The event raised $1750 from the skins' pool and donations. All of this goes into the John "Buck" Renner Memorial Scholarship. Thank you to all who played and contributed.
Scott Coleman makes the second hole-in-one of his life
Scott Coleman aced the par 3, 8th hole along with an eagle 3 on the par 5, 5th. Just an unbeleivable feat. Scott's partner, Bob Palos, also played exceptionally. They had a 9-under-par, 26 on the front nine – that is not a typo. They finished 8th for the two days.

2025 AAGA John "Buck" Renner Net Score Results
Dave and Justin Yurek proved that father and son can compete regionally, and win. Together they shot a two round total of 18-under-par, 124. This came as a result of a come from behind effort on Sunday's, 2nd round score of 12-under-par, 59. Two great guys that deserve our admiration.
Neal Boyer and playing partner Kolby Simmons, both former AAGA City Open Champions, finished as runnersup with a solid two day total of 126 (64/62). And, another father son team of Ray and Will Lyons finshed with an identical score of 126 (64/62).
