Since 1986, the AAGA has awarded annual scholarships to area high school seniors who have played on their respective high school teams.
John "Buck' Renner passed away in 2012, and an enormous outpouring of respect for John resulted in an annual scholarship in his honor. The first was awarded to Tim Luciano in 2016. This scholarship is awarded to a King Philip Regional High School, or Bishop Feehan High School senior.
